It is so important to make time for you and self-care. Here are some of our favourite tips on the best ways to start the day.
Tea. There are so many teas available and they are full of antioxidants. We have recently started using reusable tea bags from The Swag which help to bring out the flavour and are better for the environment.
Lavender Bath Milk. This is the most luxurious way to start the day and ticks all self-care boxes.
Face mask. Give your skin the love it deserves, we love Australian pink clay as a mask.
Walking. One of the best-kept secrets in Sydney is Barangaroo Reserve. Formerly Sydney’s oldest industrial site, over 6 hectares on Sydney Harbour foreshore surrounded by Native Australian plants. It is so quiet and tucked away you will not want to leave.
Swimming. In an outdoor pool or the ocean, there is something magical about swimming as the sun is rising and day breaks.
