How to pack your oversized toiletry bag, VM tips
We love travelling for a weekend away to break up the year, but our favourite time as a family is a few weeks at our Copa house. We would love to share our must-have travel items for weekends away and longer trips that we never leave home without.
Weekend away
Generally, we would travel from Friday to Sunday night for a weekend away and like to travel light. I would typically take one Body Wash in 60ml for the two and a half of us in our family. Travel size shampoo and conditioner in 60ml are a must and fit perfectly in the internal side pocket of the Italian leather toiletry bag. We never leave home without tea tree oil, either.
I would always pack a wooden hairbrush for scalp tension release and to minimise frizzy hair. I love to use this wooden hairbrush in the evening, starting at the front hairline and moving in a radial direction around the hairline. I find using this brush in the evening helps to create a deeper sleep and drift off to sleep sooner.
Even if the place we are staying at does not have a bath, we always travel with a sachet of Lavender Bath Milk. These bath teabags are a quick way to gently break down dead skin cells, exfoliating the skin in either a bath or foot spa.
Long trips away
We love any opportunity to travel, especially to our Copa house on the NSW Central Coast. Having grown up there and with family living locally, we are there at any chance.

Sleeping with an eye pillow is a must, which fits beautifully inside the oversized toiletry bag and a full-size tub of my favourite nighttime hand cream.
